Line Dancing is a fun exercise that you can participate in here at T.B. It’s a full-body exercise that promotes health in all areas. Line Dancing gets the body moving, helps brain activity, and improves heart health, and overall well-being. With every class you take you’re interacting with new people, learning new steps and moves, and the most important part is having fun while exercising.
